KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A woman is dead, and a suspect is in custody following an overnight stabbing, according to the Kansas City Police Department.
Officers said they were called to the area of 49th and N. Topping Ave. around 12:15 a.m. after reports of a disturbance.
When they arrived, KCPD indicated that they found a woman outside a nearby home matching the description of a possible suspect. She was taken into custody for questioning.
