KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The English Men’s National Soccer Team has had some of its equipment stolen just hours ahead of its scheduled arrival on Saturday, the Kansas City Police Department confirmed Friday evening.

According to a report from the BBC, the English Football Association is currently working to account for what was stolen. Limited information is known at this time, but initial reports say that equipment was stolen from vehicles transferring equipment to the club’s Swope Soccer Village base camp in Kansas City, Missouri.
The Kansas City Police Department confirmed that an investigation is underway after equipment was missing from a team vehicle that had arrived in Kansas City Friday evening.
