Chemicals in gas tank lead to charges for Kansas City woman

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Kansas City woman under investigation for arson is charged with property damage in Clay County after allegedly tampering with her child’s father’s pickup truck.

Kelisha Reeves, 26, is held on a $20,000 bond. No court dates are currently scheduled.
