CLAY COUNTY — Arraignment is Monday afternoon in Clay County for a Liberty man charged with first-degree property damage.
According to the probable cause statement, law enforcement was dispatched Wednesday to an address in Pleasant Valley to investigate a garage door that was heavily damaged and broken, and the front door of the residence that appeared to have been kicked in. Once officers arrived, a witness informed them that they saw John H. Olsen ram a utility van multiple times into the victim’s vehicle while they were inside of it.
