DA declines to charge driver in death of Prairie Village construction worker

PRAIRIE VILLAGE, Kan. (KCTV) – A construction worker died after being struck by a vehicle at a Prairie Village construction site – but the driver will not face criminal charges, the Police Department said.

The Prairie Village Police Department indicated that the Johnson County District Attorney’s Office reviewed the case for a possible involuntary manslaughter charge.
