Man Shot Multiple Times at Ruskin Heights Park, Suspect Held at Scene

A man was found with multiple gunshot wounds at Sycamore Park in Kansas City’s Ruskin Heights neighborhood on Tuesday, and he was taken to an area hospital as police held a suspect at the scene. Emergency crews responded to reports of a shooting near East 108th Drive and Sycamore Terrace, and authorities had not released information on the man’s condition as of Tuesday afternoon.
