KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – At 100 years old, retired Kansas City police officer Richard Graff got the surprise of his life Saturday.
Family, friends and fellow officers gathered to celebrate Graff’s milestone 100th birthday, including one of the department’s original chiefs.
