NAVASOTA, Texas (KBTX) – A Cypress man faces a felony drug charge after a traffic stop on State Highway 6 led to the seizure of more than 25 pounds of marijuana on Thursday.
James Oliver III, 34, was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana (5 pounds or more but less than 50 pounds), which is a third-degree felony.
