The Blount County Planning Commission approved the preliminary plat for Phase IV of Manor in the Foothills after much discussion, approved several plats for developments under five lots and requested details from staff regarding the status of a new ordinance section focused on data center development Thursday during its June meeting at the courthouse in Maryville.
