LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The Warwick School District Board of School Directors will consider charges for a school principal who’s accused of leaving a service dog locked in a hot car, resulting in the dog’s death.

Dr. Amy Balsbaugh, principal of Bonfield Elementary School in Lititz, faces the following charges, pending a vote from the board during its meeting next Tuesday.
