A new tool library is opening in south-central Pennsylvania.
Tool libraries operate much like a traditional library, but instead of lending books, the facilities loan tools for home improvement, gardening, crafting, and do-it-yourself projects.
The library has a wide range of tools—from basic hand tools to specialized equipment.
