Charlotte, Mich. (WILX) -Studio 10 helped celebrate Charlotte Day with a delicious spotlight on Eaton Meat, a locally owned, family-run butcher shop. Owners Colin and Katrina joined the show to share how their family’s long-standing ties with area farmers inspired the business.They said more customers want meat they can trust, with more transparency than what’s often found at big box stores.
Much of their beef comes from a single farmer in Shelbyville, with additional local options sourced from the west side.
