At the July 2026 Retreat of the Loganville City Council, City Manager Danny Roberts announced to the council of his intention to retire at the end of his current contract which expires on Feb. 18, 2026. The following week he made his retirement announcement public. Without wasting any time, proposals were sought for recruitment proposals to seek a replacement and a meeting has now been called to decide which of the applicants who submitted proposals will be given the job.
This Called Meeting will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 25 in Council Chambers at Loganville City Hall located at 4303 Lawrencville Road in Loganville. The public is invited to attend.
