LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A Richmond man accused of vandalizing Rep. Andy Barr’s Lexington office had the charges against him dismissed this week.
The Fayette County Attorney said in a motion that Blake Lashelle, 40, completed its diversion program and that the two charges of second-degree criminal mischief should be dismissed with prejudice.
