He’s yet to play his first game for Kentucky coach Mark Pope but 6-foot-8, 245-pound forward Justin McBride learned three years ago what Pope’s offense is like.
McBride was a freshman at Oklahoma State and played at BYU where Pope was the head coach.
“They just kept moving with the ball and everybody on his team moved a lot. They could all also shoot, so I knew I had to increase my shot-making ability, so I’ve worked on that a lot because I know he (Pope) is going to expect me to move and make shots. That’s part of my job,” McBride said…
