MOUNT STERLING, Ky. (FOX 56) — A fundraiser has been set up for a Lexington woman who was killed Tuesday night in a hit-and-run in Montgomery County.
The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Felicia Joseph, 36. Officials said she was hit and killed on Sept. 29 on US-60, just east of downtown Mount Sterling.
A GoFundMe campaign was created by family members to help pay for funeral costs.
