LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Frederick Ramirez was riding an e-scooter on 27th Street this morning on his way to pick up his son when he was hit by a vehicle as he crossed the entrance of a parking lot.
Ramirez said the vehicle that hit him initially drove away before returning some time later.
Ramirez was hurt but not seriously injured in the crash…
