Homicide suspect to be held in Nebraska without bond; awaits extradition to Fargo

LINCOLN, Neb. (Valley News Live) – The North Dakota man accused of killing his mother before fleeing to Nebraska will be held in the state without bond as he awaits extradition back to Fargo.

Brandon George, 42, made his first appearance in Lancaster County Court Thursday. According to Gray Media’s TV station in Lincoln, George will not face charges for his alleged offenses in Nebraska related to the pursuit on I-80 at this time. He will be extradited back to Fargo at a later date.

A judge ordered George to be held without bond until further notice. His next hearing is Nov. 3…
