LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A string of crashes and a stalled vehicle are slowing traffic at multiple points of Interstate 30 in southwest Arkansas.
The Arkansas Department of Transportation states that a stalled vehicle on eastbound I-30, just over half a mile west of Hope, has shut down all lanes.
