Newsom’s promise of 1,200 tiny homes unfulfilled 3 years later

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Pamela Rickman spent three years living under a bridge in the San Fernando Valley before an offer to move into a tiny home changed her life.

“You don’t have to do much of anything but work on yourself, your inner strength and be courteous and respectful to others,” said Rickman, who lives in a Reseda tiny home village with her dog Tilly.
