William H. Macy is coming to Plano, and apparently, he’s bringing whiskey and a ukulele. The Emmy-winning actor best known for Shameless and Fargo will join Woody Creek Distillers at Whiskey Cake on Sept. 20 for a five-course dinner, spirit pairings and a live performance.
Macy is a partner in Woody Creek and serves as the Colorado distillery’s official “Spokes Dude,” giving the actor a rather unexpected second career in the whiskey business.
The dinner runs from 6 to 8 p.m., with tickets priced at $150 per person.
