Raising Cane’s invests $112M into Plano office expansion

Raising Cane’s is planning a $112 million overhaul of its Plano headquarters, expanding the campus to more than 1.2 million square feet as part of a major North Texas growth push.

According to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the renovation will increase the existing site from 400,000 square feet to 1,230,000 square feet and will convert the former Electronic Data Systems campus into a three-story office building and a basement.

According to the filing, construction is expected to begin July 1, with a targeted completion date of Nov. 11, 2027. The relocation from the Dallas office to the soon-to-be-renovated Plano headquarters will bring more than 400 employees to the new location…
