Haywood County breaks ground at new high school

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Haywood County, Tennessee, is getting its first new high school in nearly 50 years.

County and school leaders took part in a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, lifting shovels at the site of the new school.

The location is just off Interstate 40 at exit 56 in the Brownsville area.
