MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A second suspect was charged after he allegedly fired shots at a Soulsville home with five people inside, including two children, on Monday.
Martarius Thomas, 22, was charged with five counts of attempted second-degree murder and employment of a firearm during the commission/attempt to commit a dangerous felony.
His bond was set at $75,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.

Deon Moore, 29, was also charged with five counts of criminal attempt second-degree murder and employment of a firearm with intent to commit a felony. He has been released on his own recognizance. Moore’s next court date has been set for Tuesday.
