Redevelopment proposed with up to 896 homes near Miami International Mall

A proposal that could reshape part of the Miami International Mall area is moving through the City of Doral’s approval process. As part of a series of related applications submitted to the City, Greystar Development East, LLC is seeking approval to allow residential development on approximately 25.6 acres located within the Miami International Mall Consolidated Development of Regional Impact (DRI).

The proposal is tied to properties generally located at 1625 NW 107 Avenue and 1603 NW 107 Avenue and would permit the development of up to 896 residential units within a designated portion of the mall area.
