Next week, the Coral Gables Development Review Committee intends to review plans for a boutique condominium that would replace three single-family homes.
Roger Development Group wants to proceed with a four-story structure that would host 25 units, with floorplans ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts. Most would err on the larger side.
Though 300 Malaga gives the appearance of five stories, only four would be occupiable; the rooftop amenities would give the appearance of a higher floor. The building tops out at 56 feet above grade. Communal amenities would be on the building’s rooftop; features include a swimming pool, fitness center, and barbeque pits. There would also be below-ground parking, offering 55 spaces – averaging to about 2.2 spots per unit.
