Food critics at the New York Times have scoured the country to assemble a list featuring 41 of the greatest Mexican restaurants in the United States.
It’s no surprise that many of the highlighted eateries are in the south, but one Minnesota restaurant found its way onto the list: Oro By Nixta
The restaurant by Kate and Gustavo Romero opened in 2023 and has made it a mission to elevate heirloom corn to the star of the show and its consistently enticing Mexican dishes.
