MASON CITY, Iowa – A guilty plea is entered by a Twin Cities man accused of waving a gun around during Clear Lake’s Fourth of July celebration.
Darrius Rayshawn Bolden, 25 of St. Paul, is now set to be sentenced on October 5 for intimidation with a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm as a felon.
Bolden was arrested just before 10:30 pm on July 4 by Clear Lake police officers working security for the downtown event. Court documents state Bolden pointed a firearm at someone else in a large group of people. Police say they found a handgun in Bolden’s possession when he was taken into custody…
