Minnesota restaurant openings & closings for April 2026

A variety of new restaurants are just starting to bloom in the Twin Cities this spring.

In April, two St. Paul streets known as a hub for neighborhood establishments, Selby Avenue and West 7th Street, gained brand new restaurants. The capitol city also has a new cocktail bar on Grand Avenue that you might’ve missed.
