Two officers injured during arrest attempt of reported trespasser

BROOKLYN CENTER, Minn. — Two officers sustained injuries after a dog attacked them during an attempted arrest of a reported trespasser.

According to the Brooklyn Center Police Department, officers were responding to a report of theft and trespassing at a business in the 6900 block of Brooklyn Boulevard around 10:45 a.m. on Sunday.

Callers reported to authorities that the individual inside had a large dog with him and noted that the dog was roaming free in the building…
