Minnesota’s Allina Health is one step closer to being acquired by California-based Sutter Health.
The nonprofit health systems announced Thursday that they have reached a definitive agreement to join forces, formalizing their plan to bring together 18,000 physicians and 88,000 other employees who serve more than five million patients across California, Wisconsin and Minnesota.
