A Modesto motorcyclist suffered major injuries Saturday afternoon after crashing along State Route 108 in the Sonora area, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened around 4:30 p.m. Saturday near Confidence/South Fork roads, the CHP said in a news release.
Authorities said 48-year-old Havinder Singh of Modesto was riding a 2020 Indian Scout motorcycle east on Highway 108 when he allowed the motorcycle to travel off the roadway. The motorcycle then struck a sign and a tree, ejecting Singh from the bike, according to the CHP…
