(FOX40.COM) — Concerns are growing in Stockton over changes at Dameron Hospital, where a union representing some workers said new management decisions could lead to job losses and potentially affect patient care.
The Union, OPEIU Local 29, said the hospital has been attempting to outsource dozens of EVS, phlebotomy and maintenance jobs to a third-party recruitment firm, Frontline Health, to eliminate a decades-old labor contract.
