Celebrate Cambodian New Year this weekend at Stockton’s iconic temple

The Stockton community is preparing to celebrate the Cambodian New Year with a three-day celebration.

This year’s festivities kick off on Friday, April 17, at the Wat Dhammararam Buddhist Temple at 3732 E. Carpenter Road in Stockton. The free celebration will be from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Event-goers can look forward to savor authentic Cambodian foods and enjoy cultural performances at the annual event.
