ELMORE COUNTY, Ala. (WSFA) – A Montgomery resident wanted for multiple traffic violations was arrested Monday after leading police on a chase through Millbrook.
Police said the incident began around 1:30 p.m. when patrol officers were trying to conduct a traffic stop on Highway 14, near I-65.
The suspect, 23-year-old Joelouis Duncan, fled from officers onto I-65. Authorities followed Duncan through the Chisolm Community to Fairground Road, before circling back to Lower Wetumpka road, where they caught and arrested him.
