Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall said he is in “complete opposition” to clemency for Jeffery Lee ahead of his scheduled execution this week.
It was unclear as of late Monday afternoon whether any clemency requests had yet been made on behalf of Lee to Gov. Kay Ivey.
