MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – A woman suffered minor injuries, and her car was damaged, after it fell into a sinkhole Thursday afternoon, according to the Montgomery Police Department.
Officers responded to the 2600 block of Whispering Pine Drive around 4:30 p.m. on reports of a “roadway hazard.” That’s just off Woodley Road.
On scene, first responders and a WSFA 12 News crew found a silver SUV that had partially fallen into a sinkhole in the roadway.
