CONWAY, S.C. — In one of the shortest meetings in recent years Tuesday night, the Horry County Council passed a hefty agenda with most of the items being listed as part of the consent agenda that gets no discussion.
One of the items on the consent agenda gave first reading approval of a development agreement for a new residential area on Star Bluff Road in the Wampee section of Longs just off Highway 90.
The new development will have 107 units on 49.88 acres. The lots will be a minimum of 10,000 square feet…
