American House Senior Living Communities has expanded its portfolio in the Southeast with the acquisition of a South Carolina property.
The privately held company, based in Southfield, MI, purchased Watercrest Myrtle Beach Assisted Living & Memory Care this month, rebranding the community as American House Myrtle Beach.
