NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — The manager of a North Myrtle Beach bar that sued the city for the noise ordinance it adopted in 2021 has been arrested for allegedly violating it, police documents obtained by News13 show.
Alex Paragas, 28, was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center early Thursday morning and released about an hour later, according to online jail records.
