HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — Drivers are being urged to avoid the area of Highway 544 and Big Block Road after a two-vehicle crash blocked lanes of traffic and left two people injured, according to Horry County Fire Rescue (HCFR).
HCFR was dispatched at 6:20 p.m. Sunday, to the crash, which involved two vehicles and included an overturned vehicle.
