The Crest Hill Police Department responded to the 2-thousand block of North Broadway Street yesterday for the report of a man with a gun. As officers arrived, they learned that someone saw a white man enter the business with what appeared to be a handgun in his possession. The man, later identified as Arturas Proskurinas Jr., also had a dog with him. Officers were told that someone heard
