Forte Hospitality, the company behind Ithaki in Greektown, is coming to the planned The Grove shopping center in Bloomingdale. This comes from a village announcement, and it will join other restaurants already coming to the site including GIA MIA and Hacienda Real. The concept is set to open by the end of 2027.
While the official hospitality concept from the group has not been announced, it will likely be a Mediterranean spot. Other names from the company include Butcher & The Bear and Sapori Trattoria.
