A Batavia chiropractor is scheduled to be in court Wednesday, Sept. 23, in ongoing civil cases brought by former patients alleging that he videotaped them fully or partially naked in his practice.
Consolidated civil cases against David Hanson, 44, of Batavia, were scheduled for a court hearing at at the Kane County Judicial Center, 100 S. Third St., Geneva.
