NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Free healthcare will be available this weekend at the Nashville Fairgrounds through an event by Ascension St. Thomas.
The Medical Mission at Home event will happen on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 625 Smith Avenue in Nashville.
“This free, one-day event will provide health and wellness services to Nashville area community members who are uninsured, underinsured, or facing barriers to traditional care, with no insurance or appointments required,” a press release said. “Onsite teams will also connect participants with community partners and local resources to support their long-term health, ensuring continuity of care beyond the event.”…
