NEW ORLEANS, La. (KLFY) — A man who was on the FBI’s most wanted list was captured after he allegedly played a role in a fraud scheme that stole $547 from the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Khalid Satary was captured in the Middle East Wednesday and returned to the United States on Tuesday.
