JEFFERSON PARISH (WVUE) – Loved ones of Dulce Ponce set up a memorial of photos, candles and balloons in a family member’s apartment in Metairie.
The space was initially used to pray for Ponce while she was in the hospital with serous injuries from a recent reckless driving incident.
