NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – The New Orleans Sewerage and Water Board filled in a six-foot-deep hole that it had left on a Central City street for more than a year.
The work came just one day after the agency told FOX 8 it wouldn’t immediately fix what neighbors called a public safety risk.
