Investigators in Orleans and Jefferson parishes say a New Orleans drug dealer sold lethal batches of cocaine laced with fentanyl and other drugs that led to the overdoses of at least three of his customers last summer, including two who died.
Larry Webster, 35, is now facing manslaughter charges and a slew of drug distribution charges in both parishes, according to authorities.
