LOUISIANA — A multi-agency drug investigation in New Orleans has led to the shutdown of a crack cocaine laboratory, the seizure of narcotics and a firearm, and the arrest of a local man, according to the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Authorities said 43-year-old Devin Harry of New Orleans was arrested following an investigation led by the Drug Enforcement Administration New Orleans Field Division, along with the Louisiana State Police High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force, United States Postal Inspection Service and Homeland Security Investigations.
